Parkway Tech Return Policy

These are Parkway Tech's ("Parkway Tech", "we", "us" or "our) Return Policy which is applicable only on products that were purchased directly from Parkway Tech website. All returns must meet the policy specifications to apply. Things to note:

  • All product returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. You may obtain an RMA number by contacting Parkway Tech Customer Service.
  • Returns may be subject to a restocking fee.
  • All products that are new in retail packaging and unopened can be returned within 30 days regardless to policy rules.

The following items received by Parkway Tech in the following conditions are not eligible for return and may be rejected:

  • Any product not purchased from Parkway Tech
  • Any product that does not match the reason for return
  • Any product with missing, damaged, altered, an unreadable serial number, manufacturer part, or warranty label
  • Any product returned without all original packaging and accessories, which is including but not limited to the retail box, cables and manuals. If we receive a return with missing essentials, a 15% restocking fee will incur or the item may be rejected.
  • Any product with removed UPC on packaging
  • Any product with visible physical damage.
  • Any product that appears customized, altered, or tampered with.

Manufacturer Warranty

If you experience any difficulties with a product, you can first consult with the manufacturer directly as under your warranty terms. To obtain information in regards to manufacturer's warranties, please contact us using one of the following methods:

Most manufacturers generally offer a one year warranty on new purchases. Manufacturer will attempt to troubleshoot your product via the phone. If the manufacturer is unable to resolve your issue, please reach out to us to begin your return process.

Refund Method

Refunds will always be returned to the original payment method, unless previously discussed and store credit will be provided. Store credit will be in the form of a coupon code in the value of the refund amount.

Defective Items

If you receive an item that is not damaged, but defective and not working, it must be reported within 48 hours of receipt.

Display Returns. Returns of displays 32 inches or larger are subject to the following restrictions:

Please inspect the display carefully for damage while carrier is still present. If any damage is found, please refuse the delivery and you will receive a refund of unit price, shipping and handling, and sales tax (if applicable). By placing an order with us, you agree to our policy.

After delivery, if your display is not functioning, please contact the manufacturer as we are unable to accept returns for displays 32 inches or larger.

To get a copy of the warranty, please contact us or the product manufacturer.

Software and Tech Media

Any software license package that was opened is not returnable, no exceptions. Unopened software, is not returnable after 7 days of product receipt. Return shipping charges for software are the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged Items

If outer (shipping) packaging is damaged, please refuse item at time of receipt. If you accept the shipment, please save the item and the original packaging, notify us immediately to arrange for carrier inspection and pick up of the damaged goods. Any concealed damage must be reported within the first 7 days of receipt. If you fail to notify us within the first 7 days, your claim will be void, and your purchase will now be treated as a regular return under manufacturer restrictions.

Getting an RMA Number

All product returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. You may obtain an RMA number by contacting Parkway Tech customer service via our Contact Us page or using one of the following methods within 14 days of purchase. You must have an RMA number to proceed with a return, otherwise we will refuse your return. When obtaining an RMA number, our customer service representative will provide instructions on how to proceed. To expedite the process, please have the following information ready: customer name/business name, order number, item number, serial number, and reason for return. When provided with an RMA, you have an additional 7 days to return the product.

Please note, Parkway Tech does not cover return shipping costs or original shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable except in the following instances:

  • item is defective
  • item arrived damaged
  • wrong item received

If your return warrants any of the above listed reasons, please contact us to receive a pre-paid shipping label. Return shipping is the responsiblity of the customer. Parkway Tech will handle shipping charges for replacement products, as discussed with the customer service representative. We recommend you get a tracking number and insure your return in the event of damage or loss.

Restocking Fee

Parkway Tech will charge a restocking fee (when warranted) of 15% on returned items , including, but not limited to:

  • Multiple Quantities of same SKU
  • Missing original packaging
  • Bundled products, which require a 30% restocking fee

Refunds timeline

Due to our inspection of all returned packages refunds can take up to 2 weeks before we issue a refund. Please note there will be an additional few days for funds to reach your original method of payment, depending on the bank. We will inform you and do our best to expedite your requests whenever possible.

Exchanges

Unfortunately at this time, we are unable to offer exchanges. If you wish, you may purchase the item in question and return the item you do not want.

Out of Stock Items

If Parkway Tech does not have an item in stock, or no longer carries an item, we will issue you a refund.

International Returns

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns on international orders.
